Citizens are rarely among the centenarians, despite taking complex vitamins, regular classes in the gym and an annual vacation at the sea. By the way, natural vegetables in terms of usefulness have bypassed even the bio-products positioned with the prefix “super”. And this is understandable, because on their own land, most people make do only with harmless fertilizers and grandfather’s recipes for pest control. We also take into account that from the moment of collecting the product from the garden until it gets into the dish, a few hours or even minutes pass (if we are talking about berries, fruits or salad). All vitamins, thus, are stored and get into our body, and not lost “on the way”.

It is impossible not to mention other advantages of country life in comparison with the city. Fresh air away from highways and factories, a lot of time in nature, living in a wooden house-all this contributes to health improvement, energy accumulation and good health.

So it is the cottage, the village, the house outside the city – this is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
