Drinks that dehydrate the body

Not any liquid fills our body with moisture. Some drinks provoke dehydration, and consuming them is not recommended, even in small amounts.

All drinks contain water, but it has a different effect on the body in its composition. Some drinks saturate with moisture; others are catalysts for dehydration.

A neutral Hydrator is a water. The body absorbs part of it, and the part goes out naturally.

Drinks that dehydrate the body

Tea and coffee, and other caffeinated beverages, provoke washout of fluid from the cells. As a consequence, constant fatigue, low immunity. If you are a passionate coffee lover in the morning, 20 minutes after its use, you should drink a glass of pure non-carbonated water to recover the lost fluid.

Alcohol also causes dehydration, as it has a diuretic effect. Most alcoholic beverages contain huge amounts of sugar, which causes thirst.

The composition of soft drinks and energy drinks also contain caffeine, a potent diuretic, and dehydrates the body. Exhausted, it sends a signal to the brain about the thirst and then the stomach. Most people confuse thirst with hunger, starting to eat more food.

Every day the human body loses approximately 2.5 liters of fluid, and replenish for these losses can be only pure water without any additives – this is without tea, juice, and other beverages and liquid foods.
