Healing fasting

Fasting is worth practicing solely for the sake of health and, according to most dietitians, only in this case, prolonged refusal of food is justified. Fasting can help to cure many diseases, in particular, hypertension, arthrosis, diabetes mellitus, eczema, etc. It is recommended to use curative fasting as a method of losing weight only under the supervision of specialists, so as not to develop some serious diseases due to not taking into account the various subtleties of the complex fasting process …

Healing fasting is a complete rejection of food. In the process of starvation, the body begins to use its own reserves, while receiving all the necessary substances for normal functioning due to a different biosynthesis of the cellular level. Internal nutrition (endogenous) will act curatively only when the required amount is consumed, if you allow yourself something high-calorie, for example, compote or jelly, then instead of healing it will lead to depletion of the body. With proper fasting, the so-called reboot of all internal processes occurs.

The main types of fasting:

  1. 1 Dry or absolute fasting – is considered one of the most effective methods of healing fasting, which implies an absolute rejection of the use of food and liquids (even water). The duration of this fasting method is 1-3 days. It is not recommended to practice absolute fasting at home, the optimal place for this is health centers and sanatoriums, where fasting takes place in the circle of people who are also removed from food and under the careful supervision of doctors. Dry fasting should be completed according to specially developed programs and supervision of specialists.
  2. 2 Water starvation – the most common fasting method, which is suitable both for weight loss and for the treatment of various diseases. This method allows the use of only water in any quantity. To enhance the healing effect, it is recommended to drink distilled water. It is also necessary to get out of fasting on water with caution, under medical supervision.

Types of fasting by duration:

  • One day – This is a daily fast or the so-called fasting day, in which only the use of water is allowed. It is recommended to apply a daytime fast every week to cleanse and reboot the body
  • Three-day – the most optimal period of fasting, during which you can achieve a high level of effectiveness of its healing effect and at the same time avoid the negative consequences of the hunger strike. A three-day fast can be practiced at home, but before that it is advisable to consult a doctor.
  • Seven-day (weekly) – this type of fasting is aimed at curing various ailments and cleansing the body. A seven-day fast is carried out under the supervision of a doctor.
  • Long – this fasting can last either 10 days or a whole month and is carried out exclusively in specialized complexes or sanatoriums.

The benefits of fasting

  1. 1 The benefits of healing fasting primarily lie in the healing effect that occurs when the body’s defenses are activated.
  2. 2 A hunger strike is a shake-up of the endocrine system, cleaning and rebooting the body, as well as a beneficial effect on metabolism.
  3. 3 As a result of healing fasting, the salt deposits of the joints and spine evaporate, which restores lightness and mobility to the body.
  4. 4 If fasting is combined with exercise and massage, then in this way you can get rid of cellulite deposits in problem areas (especially on the thighs).
  5. 5 Fasting cleanses the body and thus activates the action of the mechanisms of the cellular-molecular and tissue levels.
  6. 6 Healing fasting helps to rejuvenate all organs and the body as a whole.
