How to brush your teeth properly

It turns out that very often many of us do not know how to properly brush our teeth. Microbes, as a rule, can “hide” in microcracks, which are directed from top to bottom, and many are used to making movements with a toothbrush from left to right.

This means that the direction must be changed. With a brush, it is worth massaging the teeth and gums in the vertical direction and on the front and back, and for a longer time than we are used to. If we start to devote at least 2-3 minutes to brushing our teeth, then we can achieve maximum cleanliness in the mouth, both teeth and gums. During this procedure, blood will flow to them, which will allow them to function normally. Do not apply too much pressure to the gums, as this can damage them.

Conventional toothbrushes cannot clean hard-to-reach areas, which is why dentists recommend using dental floss. Only a holistic approach to oral hygiene can ensure the health of teeth and gums for years to come. So, you can additionally use mouth rinses and gum after meals.

If we talk about tooth paste, then this is a rather difficult choice, primarily due to the wide range of options presented in stores. Doctors recommend using fluoride and sugar-free pastes. There may be abrasive particles that can clean the surface of the teeth more effectively, but they should not be too large so as not to damage the enamel.

In this case, you can not slide down with a brush, exposing the necks of the teeth. It is worth noting that it is on the gums that various important acupuncture points are located. Among them there are those that activate both internal organs and are able to increase your sexual power. Therefore, it makes sense to seriously approach the issue of brushing your teeth and do it correctly, not only in order to maintain a simple ceremony, but also for cleanliness and vigor.

Problems with teeth and their cleaning are quite serious. Hygiene of crowns and fillings is also important. There are times when, due to the crown of a tooth that does not give pain signals due to its death, there is an accumulation of poisons and their release into the body. So, a person may have symptoms of poisoning and a high temperature caused by this tooth, but it is quite difficult to correctly diagnose the problem.

Therefore, it is worth noting that constant attention to the sanitation of the oral cavity is the prevention of many diseases, not only of the digestive tract, but also of other internal organs.

The issue of oral hygiene in children is no less important. It is adults who are responsible for keeping the child’s teeth healthy and clean. In the future, he will be able to take care of them himself, but until he reaches that age, the participation of adults in cleaning the baby’s teeth is a prerequisite for their health. And here help is needed not only in terms of physical intervention, but also in teaching the child, in which you will explain to him how and what to do correctly, as well as talk about the need for oral hygiene. Once your baby’s first teeth have erupted, you can start brushing them. First, a wet cotton wool is suitable for this, with which the teeth are wiped, and then the attachments for the fingers and toothbrushes. And only from two years old you can buy the first toothpaste. It is worth noting that the need to buy children’s toothpaste is that there are no harmful substances that a child can swallow when brushing teeth. It is also worth picking up and toothbrushes. It is advisable that the first brush was a regular children’s model, not electric, as this type can damage the enamel of milk teeth.

Proper oral hygiene is important for adults and children. Remember this and your smile will be dazzling!
