This will be facilitated by classical, instrumental, meditative music or any other from the category of music therapy. You should also completely and completely abandon bad habits. Minimize your salt intake and completely eliminate sugar from your diet, including all foods that contain it. Cleanse the body of toxins, parasites, poisons and chemicals. And regular and sufficient consumption of pure water in the intervals between the main meals will contribute to additional cleansing and removal of toxins.

· You should periodically do what you love (hobby), developing and improving your skills, celebrate your achievements and encourage yourself. Also bring good to this world through those knowledge, skills and abilities that are important to you at the level of the value system.
