Is it true that cats don’t like small children?

“Where are you going to go to the cat now?” – Stirring tea, Katya asks our common friend Vera. Vera is expecting a child. And until now, a beautiful British cat of smoky color was a child in their house: they carried it in their arms, combed it out and photographed it endlessly. Seeing Verin’s puzzled look, Katya explained: “Well, she can crush a baby. Haven’t you heard that cats often lie on a child’s face and strangle him? ” Frightened, we went to the Internet, ask Google, is it true that pets behave so meanly? And they stumbled upon a completely different story.

Meet Puma, she is ten years old, and she was once taken from the orphanage. Since then, she has grown and, if I may say so in relation to the cat, has matured. She weighs at least 12 kilograms, and the neighbors’ dogs are afraid to even bark in her direction, looking at the impressive size of the Cougar.

And then one day the hour came when the family that adopted the cat increased by one person. The owners of the Puma had a boy, baby Ace. He did not have any disagreements with the cat. Even before Ace was born, Puma slept in his cradle. When its owner appeared in the cradle, the cat willingly began to share its warmth with him. Moreover, she was much larger than a newborn boy. Without his pet, Ace refused to sleep, even when he grew up. The kid hugged the Puma, laid his head on a rumbling warm side, and there was no one happier than this couple.
