Method of preparation

In apples, without peeling them, the seed nest is removed, the resulting hole is filled with minced meat. For the minced meat, rub the cottage cheese, add prepared and dried raisins, sugar and stir. For syrup, add honey to the hot water, bring to a boil and cook with constant stirring for 7-10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add citric acid and cool. When you leave, apples are poured with syrup and sprinkled with dried chopped nuts.
