The first city resort in Russia “Dream Island” announced today that, among all other ideas, it will surprise its future visitors with a special excursion road train. It will be free to ride. Guests of the “Dream Island” in Moscow will ride on it through one of the most beautiful and largest landscape parks in the capital.
– Its area made it possible to design a road train route with a total length of 3 kilometers. Such mini-pleasure trains are very popular in many foreign recreation parks, especially those with a huge territory. In our “Dream Island” they will also perform a transport function – primarily for the elderly, people with limited mobility and children, as well as entertain all other vacationers, ”the press service reports. – Passengers will be able to get off at specially equipped stops. Trains (and there will be two of them!) Will run regularly seven days a week throughout the day, their speed will not exceed 20 km / h, which will make them absolutely safe for pedestrians walking nearby.
What will the Russian “Disneyland” be like ?!
Dream Island is a project for a children’s amusement park in Moscow, in the Nagatinskaya Poima. As Sergei Sobyanin noted, this is the largest indoor amusement park not only in Russia, but also in the world. The volume of investments is several tens of billions of rubles. The total area of the building site is about 100 hectares, and the area of the park itself is more than 264 thousand square meters. It will be a fairytale castle – like Disneyland, only more beautiful. Ten themed areas with attractions, pedestrian walkways with fountains and comfortable bike paths. The complex will include not only a landscape park, but also a concert hall, a cinema, a hotel, a children’s yacht school, restaurants and shops. It is expected that the thematic part of the park will be able to receive 18 million people a year, at the start of implementation – 7-8 million visitors. “Dream Island” is already under construction and it is planned to finally build it already in 2018.
How will our park be cooler than foreign ones?
1. The largest glass dome in Russia will also be erected in the world’s largest indoor theme park Dream Island, said Amiran Mutsoev, a member of the Board of Directors of the Regions Group. The covered part of the park will be covered with three domes, the area of the central one will be 9 thousand square meters. m, and the height – 35 m. The other two domes will be 10 thousand square meters. m in total.
2. The show for the Dream Island Park will be created in conjunction with the HASBAS Entertainment show company, which designs productions for such large-scale ceremonies as the Oscars and Grammy Awards.
