Vegetarian stars’ favorite pets

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth

Eight dogs, four cats and a decorative pig – such a menagerie lived with the famous vegan couple – singer Miley Cyrus and actor Liam Hemsworth. The couple even called the pets their “children.” Now, after the decision to divorce, the stars will have to share their pets. Cyrus is sure they should all stay with her. She loves dogs so much that she even got a tattoo on her left arm with the image of one of them – Emu, whose full name sounds like Emu Coyne Cyrus. Hemsworth is for equal rights, especially since he took care of two dogs – Tanya the pit bull and Dora the mongrel – even before the wedding. The marriage of the vegan couple lasted less than a year, while they have been together for more than 10 years. At the same time, the singer and the actor parted, then reunited. Fans of the couple hope that they will change their minds to disperse, and their pets will remain in a full-fledged family. However, the decision has already been made.

Pink

Singer and vegetarian Pink this year became the happy mistress of a puppy she adopted from a shelter for homeless animals. She accompanied the photo with a tailed friend with a hashtag (take from a shelter, do not buy) and the signature I’m in love (I fell in love). However, Pink has warm feelings not only for pets, but for all animals. She has repeatedly carried out animal protection campaigns, standing up for sheep, chickens, horses, crocodiles, pigs and animals, from whose fur coats are sewn. The singer even urged Queen Elizabeth II not to use bear fur in the manufacture of military hats.

She is sure that, like dogs, other animals – cows, pigs, sheep, etc. – feel joy and pain and have the right to life. In social networks, the actress notes that she was very attached to her dog Samson, who lived with her for about two decades. Silverstone emphasizes that he will always miss him.

Sia combines the animal protection campaign with her concert activities: she wrote the song “Free the Animal” (“Free the Animals”).

Natalie Portman
