What will cheer up, no worse than coffee
 

Let’s make a reservation right away, now we are not talking about proper nutrition for every day, but about what to do if you need to wake up, but coffee is not (well, you forgot to buy coffee, it happens like that) and without it – nothing. There are five great products that can get you on your feet and send you to work, or wherever you are going there. Once again – not all products on our express list are desirable for daily waking up.

1. Cold liquid… In principle, any. Cold is a shock to the whole organism, which gets a shake-up and starts working at full capacity. Of course, plain water is better than juice or soda. Dehydration is one of the causes of fatigue. Drink a glass of cold water with a few drops of lemon juice and wake up in a matter of seconds.

2. Chocolate… It contains a lot of sugar, which is the impetus for the production of endorphins – this is quite enough to get an energy boost for a couple of hours, if not longer.

3. Citrus juice… Citrus fruits are a godsend for those who sleep forever! This juice is full of vitamin C, which fills the body with energy, and the smell of orange, lime and lemon stimulates brain activity. This is especially true in winter, when the cold is still in the air. Drink juice from an orange just freshly squeezed, but what you can squeeze out of lime or lemon is better to sweeten.

 

4. Green tea… Any tea contains caffeine. And green tea is also the healthiest one. But its action is not as fast as from coffee, it will really invigorate it after a couple of hours.

5. Apples… Apples contain boron, which increases the body’s ability to concentrate. So, while you are chewing (and this “physical education” also activates you not weakly), How long time is on the clock – just do not miss it. Plus, apples have a lot of nutrients.
