chicken egg 3.0 (piece)
soda 0.5 (teaspoon)
vinegar 0.2 (teaspoon)
sugar 1.0 (grain glass)
wheat flour, premium 1.0 (grain glass)
apples 4.0 (piece)
Method of preparation

Peel and chop the apples. Beat whites with sugar and add yolks one by one, mix with flour and apples. Grease a frying pan with sunflower oil and pour over the resulting mixture. Bake in the oven at 220 for 20 minutes (do not open until a baked smell appears).
