Natural Tools for Yeast Infections

Unfortunately, yeast infections, also known as vaginitis, are very common these days. As a rule, they are caused by the fungus Candida Albicans, characterized by itching, burning, pain in the mucosa of the female genital organs, but can also occur in men.

What can be done to help the body cope with the infection by natural means?

Douching with apple cider vinegar will soothe the yeast. Mix 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 liter of water, add to a douche, use. To enhance the effect, colloidal silver can be added to the mixture.

Another common remedy is to take a few fresh garlic cloves by mouth daily. Garlic has natural antifungal properties and is known as a natural antibiotic.

Effective for yeast infections. Take orally 9 drops 2-3 times a day after meals.

A few drops of tea tree oil should be placed on a swab and douched for 4 hours. Carry out the procedure, if possible, in the morning and in the afternoon. Don’t fall asleep with a tampon! These douches will relieve the symptoms of a fungal infection within a few days.

Drinking cranberries alone or juiced (unsweetened) promotes a healthy vaginal pH balance.

Coconut oil contains several ingredients that have antimicrobial and antifungal properties: lauric, caproic, and caprylic acids. These acids help eliminate bad bacteria while leaving the friendly ones. Add coconut oil to your diet, it is also recommended to douche the vagina with coconut paste.

This substance has moderate antiseptic properties. According to a number of studies, boric acid is highly successful in treating yeast infections. However, pregnant women are not recommended to use it vaginally.
