Chassis
The appearance and body dimensions of the new iPhone SE 3 are no different from the 2020 model. Only the glass material of the back cover has changed. Now it uses strong glass as in the iPhone 13. Three body colors are available – red (PRODUCT RED), light (Starlight) and dark (Midnight).
The degree of protection against water and dust in the iPhone SE 3 remained the same (IP67). The smartphone can withstand water splashes, but not complete immersion in liquid.
The only physical interface for charging and syncing the iPhone SE3 is Lightning.
Camera
Both smartphone camera modules also received no technical changes. All the same 12MP (main) and 7MP (front) matrices. The only difference with the iPhone SE 2 is the Deep Fusion technology and Photographic Styles from the iPhone 13 to improve detail and image processing.

Conclusion
iPhone SE 3 2022 is ambivalent. On the one hand, updating a budget device was already asking for it – it survived the average phone life of 2 years.
On the other hand, the changes in it turned out to be some petty. Rather, Apple brought it up to its general phone standard with a modern 5G modem and ample RAM. As a bonus, the iPhone SE 3 received minor camera and battery upgrades.
Of course, the SE 3 will definitely find its unpretentious buyer, but it seems that everything that is possible has already been squeezed out of a small budget smartphone.
