Method of preparation

Peel and core the apples, cut them into cubes. Salt water a little and boil with sugar. Put the prepared apples and, after boiling a little, add the sifted flour. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Put separately cooked noodles in the soup and season with sour cream. The soup can be served hot or cold.
