Today there was a broadcast of a big song contest – “Children’s” New Wave “. Everyone who was rooting for “their own” could watch the performance of their favorites on the big stage in Artek. The finalists sang along with recognized stars: Lev Leshchenko, Dima Bilan, Nyusha, Nikolai Baskov, Stas Piekha. And they were judged by equally well-known personalities: the jury included Igor Krutoy, Oleg Gazmanov, Yulianna Karaulova …
This year, talents from 11 countries reached the final of the competition – a total of 13 people. Entering the stage, the young singers were terribly worried. But not only about my speech. Also because of the weather.

This year there were two winners at the competition: a 13-year-old participant from Russia Arina Petrova and a representative of Armenia Anahit Adamyan.

The second place went to Cooper Tali, a participant from Israel. In third place is also our compatriot, Evgeny Boytsov. The only young man in the four winners.
The 13-year-old winner, by the way, does more than sing. Arina has been practicing vocals for 8 years – since childhood. The girl still plays the piano, guitar and tambourine, writes music herself. She also loves to draw, dance and do handicrafts. Arina has an idol – the singer Pelageya. Singing with her on the same stage is the girl’s biggest dream. It will probably come true. How else?
