It is more difficult to get rid of a teenager’s bad habit. It is not always possible to distract him for a joint pastime. A number of activities will be required:

  • encourage meetings with friends, allow them to visit;
  • praise your achievements in the real world;
  • do not spend your free time at the monitor with your child;
  • send your teenager to a creative club or sports section.

But do not ban the computer at all, such measures will lead to the opposite effect.

The computer is not an absolute evil. When used correctly, dosed, it has a positive effect on the development of the child. Just control what games he plays, what sites he visits, How long time he spends at the monitor, and the addiction won’t even appear.
