Ingredients Pizza with onions and cheese
wheat flour, first grade | 2.0 (grain glass) |
butter | 200.0 (gram) |
cream | 200.0 (gram) |
onion | 7.0 (piece) |
tomatoes | 3.0 (piece) |
hard cheese | 200.0 (gram) |
table salt | 1.0 (teaspoon) |
ground black pepper | 0.5 (teaspoon) |

chicken yolk | 1.0 (piece) |
Knead the dough from flour, butter and sour cream, divide it into three equal parts, roll each part in the form of a circle, put on a baking sheet, grease the surface of the circles with the yolk of a chicken egg, place a red tomato circle in the center of each of them, salt, arrange around in the form flower oval onion slices, lightly fried on both sides, then fold the “necklace” of red tomato circles, along the edge make a chain of dry hard cheese cubes. Grate some of the cheese and sprinkle on the pizza. Bake at 230-240 degrees Celsius until tender. When baked, the dry hard cheese cubes melt slightly and form a beautiful lace edge. Serve hot with coffee or tea. Pizza can be prepared differently – in the form of a rectangle (to the size of the baking sheet). When serving, cut into pieces of any shape.

- Vitamin A is responsible for normal development, reproductive function, skin and eye health, and maintaining immunity.
- Calcium is the main component of our bones, acts as a regulator of the nervous system, participates in muscle contraction. Calcium deficiency leads to demineralization of the spine, pelvic bones and lower extremities, increases the risk of osteoporosis.
- Phosphorus takes part in many physiological processes, including energy metabolism, regulates acid-base balance, is a part of phospholipids, nucleotides and nucleic acids, is necessary for the mineralization of bones and teeth. Deficiency leads to anorexia, anemia, rickets.
- Chlorine necessary for the formation and secretion of hydrochloric acid in the body.
- Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
