Method of preparation
Chop the pre-cooled butter, add flour, sugar, add an egg and knead a not tight dough. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut the washed tomatoes into rings (1.5-2 cm thick). Roll out the dough thinly and place on a baking sheet, slightly bending the sides. Spread the tomatoes evenly on the dough, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and herbs. Pour the pizza with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
