milk cow 1.0 (teaspoon)
cream 1.0 (teaspoon)
sugar 0.5 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Rinse the apricots, peel them, add cold water, put on fire and cook until they are soft. Then remove from heat and rub through a sieve. Pour granulated sugar into the resulting mass, mix and leave for 1 hour. Boil the milk and cool, then mix with the cream, pour in the grated apricots, add finely grated food ice and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
